      I'm using a 'simple' template. I had to play around a little with resizing my image, as the original was far to big.

      Yes, I got there eventually Danette. That little picture gadget is good, but it didn't like me linking to the images on Flickr, I had to download them to my puter, them upload them to the gadget.

    Hi Mitch, thank for the visit and comments. I'm really impressed with what you are doing here. The photos sit nicely in a blog and I love the way you have a flickr slideshow here. Not sure how to do that, just another of the things I have to learn I guess. Once every thing here is sorted ( almost there) I need to spend time on Flickr, I've just bought another two years there and I'm going to post all the albums that were on multiply over there. It would be good to get those albums as a slide show here, something to think about for the future. :-)
    ps, also impressed with your other site, have no idea how you customize and get the pictures that big but it looks very good.

      Thanks Loretta. Getting Flickr slideshows here is really easy. If you need any help, just ask. Fortunately, Flickr has built-in 'posting to Blogger' capabilities anyway, but with the slideshow it's just a matter of copying & pasting the HTML. I use Flickr as a photo-storage medium anyway, so any photos you've seen me post are usually uploaded to Flickr first.
      Ummm.......other site??? I only have main sites on Multiply and Blogger. I registered with Blogster and Xanga, but never did anything more than upload an avatar pic and choose a background.

    ok..............I must have misunderstood, I think its a group site, it was listed as your site in your profile which is why I thought it was yours. It's the the site where Joanne has just posted a picture of a window. Anyway.........its a very nice site and I was thinking of joining, but ... I'm doing so many things now I'm not sure its the right time to take on something new.

      No problem. Baz has crated a useful collection of handy Blogger tips. Look for the one titled "Making A Quick Notes Page" (although most of us cal it a guestbook rather than Quick Notes). To find all those helpful hints, you need to click HERE

    Just saw on your message to Baz that Joanne came through the storms in one piece. She is the only person I know of that was sitting in the middle of it all and when I read that she did not want to be because of her animals I was really wondering how she was doing. So glad that she is ok.

    Hi Mitch, I finally found those three photos and have now got them on Flickr ready to go. I went into PT site to edit as you said, however, where do I find edit????
    Also next time I do a challenge do I do it in the create a link on PT site like I did this time or do I do a blog on my site and do; I don't know what from there???

    Uhoh Mitch, you know I had to download Flickr again. I couldn't remember what name I used it was so long ago. So I have a complete new account and guess what? Flickr no longer has HTML. I have just posted on Creative Challenge and used Blogger to post from Flickr. Amazing and easy but; what happens now when I want to post to PT??? They must have closed my old account down and kept my avatar etc as that came up but no photos? WTF???

    Hi Mitch. Just wanted to say that I am also now in Muzenews, but no panic. I will not be joining in any of the groups that also exist in Blogger. I do not have the time to post there and comment on everyone and I much prefer Blogger in any case. I am just there to post links to my blogs in WordPress and perhaps meet up with a few familiar faces. It can get very confusing when the same groups exist in Blogger and Muzenews. People seem to be posting all over the place at the moment.
