Creative Challenge #252 ~ In The Beginning

In the beginning, the Colorado Plateau was a flat grassy land.
Then 50,000 years ago, a 50 metre piece of iron-nickel
Hit the Earth at 28,000 mph, with a force of 10 megatons
When the dust and fire had settled the land was no longer flat.
