NatureFootstep: Blo-Ma #67

Tuesday's theme at NatureFootstep is 'Blo-Ma' (Flower - Macro).

I'm not sure of the proper name of this one, so I call it:

    Very beautiful photos... at a first sight, the flower in the second shot reminded me of a bunch of bananas...

    The heart of your second capture reminds me of a bunch of bananas (my imagination sometimes runs wild) , but it is a beautiful flower too!
    Sorry, didn't get back to you about Utah last week - hope you'll get to Visit Bryce and Zion Nat. park next year. Hubby hiked more in Bryce. Zion is much warmer, but stunning rock formations.

    Gorgeous macros of this flower full of sunshine. I do believe it's a calendula (ringblomma).
