  6. I really admire your insect shots. getting a decent macro shot of a flower is hard but these insect shots you get are even harder, I just love the detail you get.

    1. Thanks Loretta :-)) Believe me, it takes a lot of patience!! When you've got insects that continually move, sitting on flowers that can also be moving in the breeze, there are some days when I get almost no usable shots. Other days you just get a run of good conditions and the ratio of good shots to bad increases dramatically. The day this one was taken was one of those good days, I got a lot of good shots.

    1. Thanks Lena:-)) I had a quick look at your photo. No, they are not the same. The insect in my photo is a Honey Bee. I think the creature in your photo may be a Hoverfly.
