NatureFootstep: Blo-Ma #76

Tuesday's theme at NatureFootstep is 'Blo-Ma' (Flower - Macro)

Happy Christmas to everyone who takes part in NatureFootstep memes.

These tiny white flowers with the colourful centre I photographed at Picton Castle Gardens in July. I do not know the proper name for these flowers.

  7. Whenever I visit your pages and see such awesome macros, I realize my English vocabulary is not good enough... I feel short of words to express how much I like them..
    Merry Christmas, Mitch!

    1. Thanks Loretta :-)) Wishing you a wonderful Christmas.

Unfortunately mine isn't what I had intended. I've been unable to travel to stay with my parents as I usually do, due to being struck down with very bad abdominal spasms that required a visit to the doctor's office. I've been put on medication and not able to drive (not able to sleep or eat either at the moment!!).

    2. Hi Mitch, hope you're feeling a bit better now, nothing worse than being ill when every one else is out celebrating. Hope the you've not been on the receiving end of those storms and the flooding. I've been quite lucky, some spectacular sea storms, great to look at from a safe distance but no floods or loss of power. Happy New Year to you, hope its a good one.

    3. Thanks Loretta :-)) I am improving day by day.

Yes, have had quite a lot of stormy weather here, but luckily this area is not prone to flooding and I have had no power loss either. I would love to have photographed some of the coastal storm weather, but I've been stuck indoors the entire time with this illness.
