NatureFootstep: Winged #87

NatureFootstep is a wonderful Swedish site that runs themed photo challenges, or 'memes' each week between Sunday and Thursday.

    1. I get lots of them here, they are one of the most common birds, along with Chaffinches, Robins and Sparrows.

  11. Sadly we see very few birds in our garden in London. An occasional blue tit but more likely an ungainly wood pigeon. The other day a large crow visited our garden and ate one of the frogs from the pond!

    1. I don't get a lot of birds in my garden either, but that's because my neighbour's cat spends most of it's time patrolling there. However, there are many great places locally for photographing birds. This shot was taken at the Bosherston Lily Ponds.
