I see you :-) .............That looks like a really nice little place to eat, and what a great name. I like the windows, makes it look a bit like a town house for a hobbit.
I'm pretty sure I saw Piglet and Roo and even Mrs. Kanga. I think I heard somebody shout "T T F N..!" but he had bounced out of sight before I saw him. I had a cassette tape of somebody reading Winnie the Pooh complete with music and sound effets. When my son was little he would agree to lay down for his nap if I played the Pooh tape and if I would lie down with him. Half way through the tape I was sound asleep and he would get up and go play!
LOL I did spot Mitch :) Was the food good?
ReplyDeleteYes, it was good quality, and cheap. And not a pot of honey in sight. LOL.
DeleteNeat photo, and yes, I'm a Pooh fan too, licensed cafe-bistro or no, although Pooh would likely eat (and drink) the place out of house and home. LOL
ReplyDeleteThanks DL :-)) The only disappointment was that I didn't see Tigger. LOL.

ReplyDeletefor some reason though, "the house on pooh corner" doesn't ring well for an eatery...LOL
Thanks Linda :-))
DeleteYes, I guess if you didn't know the stories of Winnie The Pooh, then the name might sound a bit off-putting. LOL.
That is a good one. I used to read Winnie the Pooh in the dark ages at school, but I do not remember the house at Pooh corner. A very good one.
ReplyDeleteThanks Pat :-))
